Welcome to Storytime Garden. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our storytelling application and services. By accessing or using Storytime Garden, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

By creating an account, downloading, installing, or using the Storytime Garden application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Use of Service

You agree to use Storytime Garden only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Use any automated system, including without limitation robots, spiders, or offline readers, to access the service
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the service

User Accounts

To access certain features of Storytime Garden, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

AI-Generated Content

Stories generated by Storytime Garden are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce high-quality, age-appropriate content, AI-generated stories may occasionally contain unexpected content. We encourage parents and guardians to review stories with their children. You retain ownership of any story configurations and preferences you provide. Generated stories are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.

Credits and Purchases

Storytime Garden uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating story chapters. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property

The Storytime Garden application, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Storytime Garden and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the service without our prior written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to Storytime Garden, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storytime Garden and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features within the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
